He has been an Internal Auditor of the ISMS (ISO-IEC-27000), NGCP. He has also implemented various SCADA projects, Data Control Center, Substation Automation, Instrumentation and Control in the Power Plant of National Power Corporation of the Philippines.

George L. Menil,

Senior Consultant for Operations of Pollux Corporation.

Holds a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand,
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME)- CUM LAUDE - from Mindanao State University, and a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from St. Peters College, Iligan City.
A registered Mechanical Engineer and a registered Electrical Engineer who placed second in the Registered Master Electrician Licensure Exam.
Mr. Menil has over 30 years of engineering and management experience in the electricity industry from National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), Transmission Corporation of the Philippines (TRANSCO) and National Power Corporation of the Philippines (NPC). He was involved in the preparation of tender documents for SCADA/EMS of the Mindanao Regional Control Center and Area Control Centers, and in the supervision and management of SCADA/EMS.

Antonio R. Tiin, Jr.

Holds a Ph.D. in Engineering Management from Liceo de Cagayan University
Holds Master in Public Management (MPM) from Mindanao State University (MSU),
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Cebu Institute of Technology (CIT) and a
Engineering Technology Graduate from Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT).
A registered Professional Electrical Engineer (PEE) who made it to the top five in the Professional Electrical Engineering Licensure Examination.
Has over 35 years’ of engineering and management experience in the electricity industry from National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), Transmission Corporation of the Philippines (TRANSCO) and National Power Corporation of the Philippines (NPC). Dr. Tiin is able to combine his education and experience in engineering and managements to understand the wider perspective of the electricity industry of the Philippines and in the field of Industrial Cyber Security.
His experience ranges from hands on engineering and maintenance work on site at the power station or transmission grid to project design, implementation and management of a variety of electricity industry technology like SCADA, EMS, DMS, SAS, IIOT and RTU projects as well as design and implementation of industrial cyber security.
